  1. How much are the shipping costs? 

    On all other case, the cost of transport will always be automatically calculated and displayed during the checkout process.You can also verify shipping cost on the Table of Costs.

  2. How long is the delivery?

    The items displayed on the site are usually available for delivery.
    All orders made from Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) will be usually dispatched within 48 hours.
    In the event of momentary exhaustion or delay of a product the buyer will be promptly notified by email or phone.

  3. What happen if I am not home at the time of delivery?

    If you are not home at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a paper note with the details of the shipping. Please re-contact the courier as soon as possible to agree to a new delivery.

  7. What are the risks by paying by credit card?

    There are no risks by paying with credit card; the credit card information (number and expiration date) do not pass on our website but are sent directly to the encrypted Secure Server (SSL) of Banca Sella. At the time of data will pop down into the browser window, a small lock which shows that the site is encrypted. The Banca Sella server will check the credit card number in an automated manner and protected from any human eye.

    Simply request the return within 15 days of receipt of the package by filling out the Return Form.
